We assisted the LEO Club of Boroondara, with their governance and registration processes of being a Humanitarian Social Welfare Organisation. ​ This project included the following services, provided by our organisation: ​ Setting up on G-Suite, Seek for Volunteers, Connecting Up, Website Development; Governance Services - e.g. Constitution, By-Laws, Fundraising Licence, Incorporation Process, ACNC Applications, Board and Leadership Training, Coaching; Lions Clubs International Registration, Lions Australia Registrations; Policies and Procedures; Recruitment, People & Culture Training and Development; Financial Governance and Banking Systems and Services; Social Media and Public Relations Systems and Services; Professional Training and Development Services; Diversity, Inclusion, Equality, and Indigenous Recognition and Statements; ​ We completed this full project, in-kind (pro-bono) and within a 12-month time frame, with a 100% satisfactory result. Conduct Every Member of Not-for-Profit & Charity Community Consultants (NFPCCCIC), shall at all times when acting in their capacity as director/board member, employee, or volunteer in a community organisation: 1. pursue as their highest priority the fulfillment of the mission of the organisation 2. after that, promote the interests of the organisation itself 3. after that, consider the interests of the organisation's stakeholders, its clients, its consumers, its employees, and the society, and the environment in which it operates. COMPLIANCE Ethics I will work within the law, and within the rules, and I will see that my organisation does too.
